At your arrival
Our team has put all its attention into preparing your flat. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your flat, please inform the reception and we will rectify it quickly.
You will find the cutlery in the table drawer. If yourhob locks, hold down the padlock button for 3 seconds.
For all activities, please ask the reception.
Cleaning and laundry
The contact points, bedding, pillows and blankets have been disinfected.
The sheets and towels were left with you in accordance with the information you gave us before your arrival. We have not been able to check the quality of the linen in the packaging. If you notice any problems, do not hesitate to let us know and we will fix it.
We are under the influence of the ocean, so the sand can come in, even if the flat is closed.

End of stay instructions
Please note the following information:
* Take out the sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, and then put them in the laundry trolley located under the outside stairs
* The flat must be cleaned: sanitary facilities, floor swept and washed, hob and kitchen area, rubbish bins cleared...
* The dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, etc.) must be washed, dried and stored in the cupboards as they were on arrival
* Emptying and disposing of bins, according to the bins instructions below. Please leave the recycling bag in the flat.
* The fridge and microwave must be cleaned, the radiators turned off and the outside furniture put away
* Blankets should be folded and stored in the cupboards with the pillows
* Bedspreads folded on beds, with mattress covers and under-sheets in place on mattresses and pillows.
Animals
All animals must be kept on a lead within the residence.
In your absence, pets must not be left locked up on the balcony or terrace. We provide you with bags for their needs, which must be put in the bins. If you run out of bags, we can give you more.
