LE MARAIS DU LOGIT
Separated from the ocean by the coastal dune, the Logit marsh
is bordered by a forest of secular holm oaks. The border thus created increases the biological richness of this environment, both soft and brackish. The Logit is the last stop on the coast before the Gironde Estuary and is a favourite stopover for migratory birds.

The marshes of Le Conseiller extend as far as the eye can see, over more than 600 hectares. Between salt ponds, formerly used for salt production
Between salt ponds, once used for salt production and now for the production of gambas and oysters, and wet meadows where cows and horses graze as in a small Camargue, they offer very open landscapes with few hedges and trees.
For history and art lovers, on the Arros beach, discover the remains built under the German occupation during the Second World War and now decorated with graffiti.
